We left off with the step before you add the Pokemon to the booster pack (NOTE: Most Booster packs have a picture of a Pokemon from the set on it, Ex - Feraligatr on Neo Packs).

Now for the final step, add a Pokemon of your choice, you can add any special effects you wish.

And now you're all done !
